The default way to view agendas is by image. This is ideal for smaller devices as the image can be pinched and zoomed. Images will appear as a slideshow for easy navigation, just swipe.

All images are also made available in a data table. Information in the data table can be filtered by category where all columns can search on by simply entering any string pattern you wish to find. Entering "mar" will return only the rows that contain "mar" in any column. Individual columns can be sorted in ascending or descending order by simply clicking/tapping the column header. Here you select an individual image to view.

The Table View option is found in the links below. All Images are presented by category, agenda being one such category. If you select the Card View option in the navigation bar you will be taken to category selection page.

Remember, approved minutes are also available in the documents section where you can view and download.

Documents

This may be your preferred option for accessing agendas, minutes or any other documents made available by the community council such as the code of conduct.

All documents are displayed in a searchable, sortable and filterable table allowing individual selection. The rules for using the data table here are the same as the other data table.

News/Articles

The information availaable here is what the community council decide to share with the community.

No doubt the information will evolve with time and it would therefore make sense to visit this page on a regular basis.

The information is available in card view or table view format. Card view is the default with the first three cards displaying the most recent 3 entries. A load more button will subequently load older news entries three at a time for the remaing entries. Yopu may prefer the Table view has the same functionality as the other data tables. Searching, filtering and sortable colums.

Informastion such as constitution, code of conduct etc can be viewed as a series of images or as a pdf document. This is primarilty the same as before, pdf's in the documents section. The links below will explain more.

Contact Form

If you require to contact the Community Council with a question or an issue then please, in the first instance, use the community council contact form, (link below).

The sooner the community council know about an issue the sooner they may be able to act on your behalf. Furthermore it allows you to raise a matter/issue when you are unable to attend a meeeting in person to do so.

Speeds up the whole process and the community council encourage you to use this form where appropriate.

Please be as accurate and precise as far as possible with your question and/or issue.
