More

Cormorant Cottage is part of a delightful steading conversion on the outskirts of Coldingham with its beautiful beach, historic priory and country walks. Nearby St Abbs has stunning cliff top walks, a small harbour from which diving is available and a marine reserve. To the south is Eyemouth with its active fishing harbour, fishing museum, beach and shopping. There is a magnificent coastal walk between the two communities.

The cottage provides luxury self catering accommodation with a small open garden and patio (garden furniture and BBQ) with views to the countryside. Hopefully, for the upcoming summer season we will have a large upstairs glass fronted balcony providing a large outdoor eating/seating area, with views to the sea about 1/4 a mile away by public footpath. The cottage has recently been renovated to a high standard in a fresh contemporary style but still including a wood-burning stove to ensure a cosy core to the stylish interiors.

The cottage is fully equipped with anything and everything you could possible require. Including towels, luxurious bath and shower soaps, dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer, fridge/freezer and a fully equipped kitchen. There's an entertainment centre with freeview TV/ DVD player, ipod dock, numerous DVDs, books and board games. Also included is super fast WIFI.

The aim is to create a relaxing peaceful ambiance and a base in the perfect location for your Scottish Borders and North Northumbria holiday adventures. Well behaved dogs welcome by request (max two).

A bottle of complementary Prosecco, a Decanter of Port (if you so desire). Chocolates and other goodies awaits you on your arrival. The main road artery the A1 is only a few miles away. For travelling further afield, Railway Stations at Berwick upon Tweed and Dunbar, journeys to Edinburgh, Newcastle or beyond without the strain of driving is an easy option.
