A delightful conversion of the old workshop next to Edington House, set in the historic coastal village of Coldingham.

All amenities within easy walking distance of the village, including private garden area with deck and bistro table. The accommodation is like a studio apartment with one main room with double bed, armchairs, dining table and chairs, kitchenette, plus separate sunroom and a shower room.

The village has all essential amenities, including two pubs serving food (see drone photo), and the attractive unspoilt Coldingham beach is under a mile away. There are plenty of lovely walks in the area and the harbour village of St Abbs is close by, and the fishing town of Eyemouth just three miles away.

Coldingham Bay

Coldingham Sands
Safe dog friendly beach with large free car park, beach cafe, toilets, disabled parking spaces onthe beach, and RNLI life guards during holiday season. St Abbs Village

Preston Mill

Berwick upon Tweed
Historic walled town just south of the Border, about 10 miles from Village Centre. Walk the Elizabethan Town Walls, visit the King's Own Borderers Regimental Museum, Berwick Barracks, Berwick Town Hall, Cell Block Museum and Berwick Parish church.
